My name is Kazik Pichlak. I am a medical doctor, general and oncologic surgeon, with the passion for exploring  all possible  mountains in the world, but particularly Himalaya. In Nepal,   I have been 16 times.
I cooperate with Mr Chandra and his agency Himalayan Icefall Trekking for many years. He arranged for me and my friends 10 trekkings to different parts of Himalaya and Tibet. Some of them  were standard trekkings, but some were very challenging to remote parts of Himalaya or, for example, with the passes above 6000 metres. All of these were always under the wing of Chandra agency.
Twice I had serious health problems. Mr Chandra organized very effective help immediately – evacuation from mountain area by helicopter.

After leading several Himalayan expeditions myself, including the first American ascent of Annapurna I, I can attest to Chandra’s outstanding qualities as leader and organizer. He is an especially good guide for student groups. I first met Chandra when my daughter attended 8th grade at the Lincoln School in Kathmandu, Nepal, and he was the guide selected by the expat community to lead the 8th  grade students on a week-long “Explore Nepal” trek.  The students and parents really appreciated Chandran’s thoughtful planning and leadership.

I went on a trek guided by Chandra a number of years ago with a group of friends and colleagues.  Chandra was a wonderful guide and companion.  He was a liaison to the people in the communities we visited and provided wonderful insight and connections into the culture.  He is thorough and makes sure that he and his team take care of all the details from arrival to departure.  He also seems to very much enjoy the people on the trek and is very patient.  I found him to be friendly and kind and wise and to have a wonderful sense of humor.  I cannot say that about too many people!  I highly recommend a trip with Chandra and his team.

I didn’t quite know what to anticipate when I signed up with Himalayan Icefall trekking Pvt Ltd for our group trip to Langtang -Gosainkunda but I can simply speak out this far exceeded any of my anticipation and I would greatly advise Himalayan Icefall to anyone. I was included in a group trekking to Everest Base Camp with Himalayan Icefall Trekking Pvt. Ltd a year ago and it was a really nice experience.The office provides very good service and guidance.The guides,cooks and porters were all amazing and friendly.We did a tea house trek,and the organization made it wonderful.The guide explained everything in detail and we were very much satisfied.If  you want to experience a typical type of trekking in Nepal,then this office is the right option for you.

I was a part of Annapurna-Ghorepani Trekking with Himalayan Icefall Trekking P. Ltd a year back with my friends and other group members.We had a wonderful time with the staffs of the office.The Guide Mr. Chhatra Kumar Ingnam is a really well experienced guide who gave us every small bit of informations during the trek.He made trekking worth it.The coooks,assistant guides and the porters that the office provided us were totally respectful and nice.I am very happy to be a part of the organization and would like to recommend the other trekkers to choose this specific office if you want to experience the typical type of trekking in Nepal.

I had booked Nepal tour with Himalayan icefall trekking Kathmandu in May 2015, it was wonderful and memorable tour of my life. Starting from receiving at Airport to accommodation at hotels, food in restaurants, tour guides and places to see etc. everything is well planned. I feel they knows what exactly a tourists expect, like Trekking, elephant safari and paragliding… wow, just name anything they organize in limited time. Well trained guides to handle the trips and chosen hotels for comfortable accommodation. Next time if I travel to Nepal I definitely go with them..!!!
